Built in 1864 for the family of the prominent grain trader, Hadji Yanaki Flori, and as the most outstanding of its time, the building was turned into Headquarters of the Russian Liberation Army 1878. Later in the course of 10 years, from 1900 to 1910, the building became the first seat of the Mechanical School to the fleet in Varna - today the Military Naval School.
